Current situation: hotel ticker

Dear guests and friends of the Hotel zum Ochsen,

we are allowed to reopen our house on Friday, May 29, 2020 for tourist purposes.
As in the restaurant – which has been open again since May 18, 2020 – there are a few rules for you as a guest, however:

1.) Please state your name and address/telephone number when making a booking in case we need to forward this data to the public health authorities. On arrival, we must also make note of both your arrival and departure time.

2.) We cannot allow you to enter the Hotel should you have signs and symptoms, for example fever/respiratory symptoms or if you have been in contact with a person who is infected with the Corona virus within the last 14 days.

3.) The general Corona Guidelines of Baden-Württemberg apply to room occupancy for private areas: Maximum 5 persons from two different households. The same rules apply to our elevator.

4.) All guests older than 6 years are requested to wear a face mask in all public areas. Our personnel are also obliged to wear them. (Exception: when in a separate room). Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m to other guests and service personnel.

5.) Our saunas and swimming pool are currently closed. All spa treatments can however be booked. The necessary hygiene measures have been taken! Please note that due to the distance regulations we have fewer resting places in the sauna and swimming pool.

6.) We are obliged to inform all guests at our Hotel of the applicable hygiene rules. We have posted signs with these rules at all entrances. To ensure that these rules are followed by all guests, all areas accessible to the public are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers as well as all rooms and toilet facilities with soap dispensers.

7.) If possible, please make contactless payments.

8.) As is the case in the restaurant, we unfortunately have to renounce on handshakes and similar cordiality that we have practised so far with our Hotel guests. We are obliged to keep contact with our guests to a minimum.

9.)The rules already described for our restaurant remain unchanged.
